CASA ALEGRÍA

Casa Alegría is IDDOMUS’ pioneering project. The construction of this beautiful open plan home set the grounds for the distinctive one-stop turnkey boutique development concept introduced by Iddomus at the time where the construction of a new home still presented itself as a daring challenge to many foreigners wanting to settle or build a second residence on the Costa del Sol, to Northern European standards and with all the guarantees required. The Belgian owners, who had encountered many difficulties to fulfil their dream home project, found the required assistance and teamed up with IDDOMUS CEO Gert Cleymans to bring the project to life, and to their expectations.

The result, a chic modern villa with slick design structure and warm and welcoming interiors. The use of recycled wood flooring and cabinet doors, micro cement surfaces and handcrafted Moroccan Zellige tiling, along with niched wall features, has had this home featured in several international media articles and television programs since its completion.
